At the start of 2020, Karl Christian Krumpholz ("30 Miles of Crazy!") launched a daily comic to document his wife Kelly's upcoming surgery and recovery. After two years of turmoil and confusion; Karl is still documenting their lives. There are many times that simply getting through the day feels like an accomplishment. Taking the time to notice small joys in the midst of it all, The Lighthouse in The City is an intimate look at the couple's life together (along with Ulalume, or Oola, their cat) to create a record of love during these strange times.
